Rhonda, in your situation, you really should use a broker. Options at the street level from the customer's perspective are pretty slim under those circumstances. I wouldn't just grab one on the Internet though. I'm sure that plenty of us here can point you in the direction of some of the more reputable ones. Enlisting these people is comparable to hiring a real estate agent, so you need one who will really work for you.
