Just a tip. When you are ordering SIP from Broadvox, set up the registration as login/password instead of by the static IP.
Then you can pretest the SIP trunks at your office and WHEN the IT guy doesn't not program the firewall correctly you can toss in a cheap router on another available static IP and prove that he is at fault.
