Hold Recall Destination
« on: August 06, 2010, 03:23:11 PM »
I have a iDCS 100 R2

I am trying to figure out how to get a call that is placed on hold at any extension to recall to group 501 after 45 secs. As it is now it will only recall the original station placing it on hold then transfer into the VM box if not answered.

I have tried turning on recall to operator, but that only pertains to a transferred call.

Thank you for your responses.

Attendant recall timer

Is what you want to adjust but you need to be aware that the voicemail recall will be messed up.

Not Funny Waine.

Ok. Set the ATT Recall Timer lower than the Call Fwd Timer of the phone.
