Our ESI phones stopped ringing for incoming calls all of a sudden! The light will show when a call is coming in, and voicemails are forwarded to my cell as programmed, so everything else seems to be working...calls just go directly to voice mail after one ring and the phones don't ring at all.

I don't have a password for the system and can't find the company where we bought the phones about 13 years ago...

Can anyone help???

I'm not an ESI tech, but have you tried restarting the system?  With hardware as old as yours, there is always the possibility that rebooting will make things worse, but it may also make it better.  I guess it depends on your tolerance for risk!   Your best bet is to find an ESI tech in your area, but that may be easier said than done.

Chech to see if the date and time are correct.  If the date and time are not correct it may be in night mode.
