Where are the end-users?

A quick scan of the forums shows five new topics in the technical forums for the entire month of October 2021.  Does anybody have any ideas on what can be done about this?

The phone business is dead.  We sat back making fun of the computer geeks while they quietly and methodically took our industry out from under us with hosted IP.  It's just that simple.  We became complacent and look what that got us?
