Topic: BCM 450 - 1230 IP phone Expansion Module

How do you program buttons on an Expansion Module for IP 1230 Phone on BCM 450?
It has been a very long time since worked on IP phones but never did an expansion module
Does the phone have a feature button?   I can do Feature *1, *2, *3 ???

I can get the IP phone up, but never did expansion - so never looked at it.
Got it scheduled for Wed 9/15/21

Hey Larry
Buttons can be programmed using Element Manager or User programming using the Feature key. The Feature key when registered to the BCM is the first soft key on the left.

So there is a Feature button on the phones - just like a Norstar.

I just went to site for the IP phones.
I did not think those IP phones would do the Feature stuff.
Worked like it was a M or T series phone.
Thanks for that info.
I went in much less worried and then it worked and ended up with a great day.
