We're quoting an AV solution for an oddly acquitted conference room. Part of it requires a short-throw 4K LCD/laser projector that has to be ceiling mounted and will use their existing screen which is currently paired with a regular lamp projector.
I'm having a heck of a time finding a product that ticks all the boxes. They don't want a new screen because this one furls up out of the way when not in use.
The conference room furniture is often moved around, so a table mount ultra/short-throw won't work. They will be using the room for board meetings, mostly. Some of the members will attend in person, but the remainder will be remote. They will connect the call with Teams or Zoom.
Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
