KX-TVA Maintenance Console

Trying to get the maintenance console working on a new Windows 10 computer(build 19042) and I can't get it to recognize the usb port when I try to connect to a TVA50. Device manager shows that I am connected to the unit, but can't start the driver.I have set this up before on a different Windows 10 laptop(with a different build number), but can't seem to do so now.

Is anyone else having this problem?

When you installed the maintenance console, did you also download and install the USB drivers?  This is the absolute last step in the installation process and is easily overlooked (been there/done that).  Everything will appear to work otherwise.  If you didn't, or you aren't sure, it's best to completely uninstall the installation and start over again.  I've never had much luck adding the USB drivers after the fact and our shop is 90% IT guys.
