I've set up DID number 401-9111 to ring group 5011, with two members 3080 and 3090. Upon no answer, calls to this DID reach the main auto attendant, which is what I thought the customer wanted.
Now, they want them to go to a mailbox that is unique from the two member extensions' mailboxes. I've tried all kinds of settings, but calls always reach the main greeting, not the mailbox.
I even went as far as to point this DID to a vacant SLT port, placed SDN buttons on both member extensions with N/A forwarding on the SLT port to voice mail. Same result: The caller reaches the main auto attendant menu of the TVS-200.
What am I missing here?
