(This is a list that will develop as the Mitel Forum matures.  Feel free to help it grow by posting your questions and/or answers! )

The following is a list of Mitel FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions).  These links will lead you directly to some previous topics that may provide a quick answer to the problem that brought you here.  If not, you're encouraged to use the 'Search' function at the top of the page to see if your issue has been discussed before.  If you still don't see your question, post a new topic and the members of this Forum will do their best to help.  You may even see it appear on the FAQ list some day!

In addition, if you have an answer to a FAQ you don't see here, simply post it as a new topic with the first word of the subject being 'FAQ' followed by a descriptive phrase.  A moderator will then track that topic and post a link to it in this locked thread, making it easy for other members to scan the list and find your helpful answer.  Of course, please be aware of the Forum rules and avoid the posting of any passwords or proprietary information.
