New Member, first post -
I inherited administration of an older Avaya Partner ACS system with the Partner Messaging (unsure what version), and have no idea of what the voicemail password is. We've already attempted to contact the local Avaya partner and they refuse to work with us whatsoever because of it's age. Avaya themselves is next to impossible to deal with without having a sales order. (not to mention, it's changed hands a few times through third parties) so they have absolutely no records of the device.
If anyone happens to know a vendor/party that would reset it, I'd be greatly appreciative.
