OSDM Software

Friends, Can anymore share the OSDM program to be able to program a Samsung 7100 Firmware is OLD as He LL
they are on V 2.2 2003 4.30....

I am an avaya Tech and I have no way of getting into Samsung,,,

Welcome to the board.

I'm not a Samsung tech, but my guess is what you're asking for is copyrighted.  That said, sometimes if it's very old as you referenced they do make it available.  Larry is probably the tech who will know the answer and he checks in regularly. 

You would need to have tech level access, however, so you might want to review the procedure for requesting that in the General Forum.

The software version you listed is the telephone software and not the software version of the system.  The early 7100's used IT Tool software for programming.  Without training, programming software will not be much good to you.  

The dealer who installed the system should be able to provide assistance with the proper software, password and training. There will be fees involved. If the dealer is no longer available Samsung will provide you with a list of dealers who service your area.
