SX-50 (call waiting message) - HELP

Is it possible to program my SX-50 to have a call waiting message.  Right now the phone just rings and rings and rings, until a front desk agent can answer it.  It would be great if after 3 rings the phone message greeting just kicked in to say "All of our agents are currently busy. Please hold and we will answer your call as soon as possible". Is this something I as an end user can program myself?  If no, does anyone know a service technician in the San Francisco Bay Area that could help me?

The short answer is yes. Set up an ACD or UCD group and purchase a RAD. What you want is very common and can be done by any Mitel certified tech.
