Hello,

I'm the Director of IT at a non-profit in CT. The service company now charges fees beyond our means to maintain our ancient v4.4 systems. After a recent crash I was able to resurrect the system. I pulled all the voicemails from the dying hard drive and now hope access the R24 conversion tool.

I'll continue to service our Inter-Tel systems until they're eventually replaced. It seems these forums are a treasure trove of information!

I humbly request access to the technical area so that I may properly (and not hack) service these systems until their end of days.

Thanks,
Jason

Requesting permission to join the Technician's and Installer's forum, I work mainly on smaller Panasonic systems, pulling cable, terminating, and getting side jobs on other key systems from time to time.
Thank you,

I am in the Chicago western burbs, work as a subcontractor now for Roth Comm, pulling cable, terminating, some key systems when I get the opportunity, but those are side jobs.  Most of my data work is out of state on 300 plus drops.

OT, you now have technician access.   Tell us your name so we don't have to call you OT, unless that it what you prefer to be called!   :003:

I would like to have access into the Technicians forum please. I've worked on Inter-tel/Mitel systems for 5 years now and we are making the switch to an Avaya. I am trying to convert about 200 of our Audiotex files to a compatible wav format

Thank you

Just wanted to clarify, I am responsible for maintaining the phone system but we also service our own equipment. I do all the hardware installs and software updates, the only time we've actually had mitel technicians out are when we've discovered bugs in the system and they have to make a new build for us
