Samsung iDCS 18D is not working- no dial tone nor indicator light

Our Samsung iDCS 18D is not working- there's no dial tone or indicator lights on, and the display reads "ver v2.2 2003 4.30." We believe there was a power surge/outage last night.

Pressing the "transfer" button then dialing codes, for example, to change the date, has no effect. There is a sparse, regular clicking audible on the headset.

The iDCS18 is the model of a telephone which operates on a few Samsung phone systems.  You have a unit (called a KSU) located somewhere on the property which operates your Samsung phones. This is usually in a room with other computer equipment.  It appears the power supply in the KSU is damaged and will need to be replaced.  Do you have a Samsung dealer?  If not we may be able to help you locate one.
