Installed Inter-Tel system has no admin?
« on: February 06, 2015, 12:04:57 PM »
Hi-  just started at a company as a project manager and I have discovered that our phone system does not have an administrator.  Trying to change the time and the x100 phone doesn't allow me in and when I dial 0 from other phones it says there is no attendant programmed.

Our manual refers to a computer running Windows, however our phone computer (KSU?) is a small box only running OS2/Warp.

Any ideas how I can get it to recognize an attendant phone and change the date?  Thank you!!

Not an Intertel guy, but from what you're saying the computer they're referring to is on your network as well as the telephone system.

I was waiting for the OP to respond back, but it could be that the computer he's referencing is an Axxessory Talk unit for the Axxess.  On the other hand he may be referring to another little system called the Axxent.
