Have a customer setup with UCD. Every member that is part of the group also has a CS button for that group on their phone. The CS button will light up based on the amount of calls in the Queue. The threshold is 1 call for a red light and 3 calls for a orange light. The issue is that the button will intermittently flash (showing that there is a call in Queue) and will not go out. The only solution I can find is to reboot the system. There is never a call in Queue when this happens, no one on the PRI. Software is V4.70
