Samsung 7030 problem and solution

If there are any customers or IT guys that take care of the administration on a Samsung OfficeServ 7030, you should check what software version is on your system. 

This can easily be done by logging in via the system administrators login through a telephone (or through your device manager if your system is connected to your network), and go to MMC 727 to confirm the software version on the system.

This is important because there are some critical updates that are needed on your system to bring the software up to 4.71 or higher.  Contact your system provider if you need help, they would also be able to provide the upgrade.  This is one of those upgrades where it really needs to be done sooner than later.

We have problem before in Samsung officeserv 7070 which is the version is 4.46e, when we install new cards there is no dial tone in analog phone.. our supplier tech us to upgrade the version of the system for 4.46e to 4.70 using device manager..

To see the version of the system_ when the phone is idle
