Jive SIP Trunk on Samsung 7000

Has anyone gotten Jive SIP trunk to work on Samsung.  We are a Panasonic and Samsung dealer and I have Jive on NCP500 working but cannot figure out how in the world to get Jive on a Officesev 7100 up with SW 4.75. To work,

I've never used Jive, but i know with ThinkTel we need to only put in Auth Username and password, not User Name.  It wont work with something in User Name field...
So the only fields we need to enter are:

Registra Address

Outbound Proxy

Auth Username
Auth Password

Everything else stays at default.

I just tried it and when I call out the call is not completed dial tone drops and the display shows Forbidden

I'd need to see a wireshark to give you definitive answer, but Forbidden to me means that the telco rejected the call, likely its a password (you didnt put in the correct one) or IP issue - the telco doesnt know the correct external IP for your pbx.  Also, make sure your external IP is set in the KSU correctly or the telco will reject the call for sure thinking its someone trying to hack.

Have Jive working on Samsung OfficServ
You have to have "P Asserted ID Use"   set it to Alternate
