AT&T is looking to shore up its competitive edge by extending its 24 Mbps/3Mbps U-verse High Speed Internet Max Turbo service to all of its 120 markets.
Initially launched in three markets (Austin, San Antonio and St. Louis) last December, the service is available for eligible customers in its U-verse footprint for $65 a month when bundled with AT&T's U-verse TV service. Businesses can also purchase the 24 Mbps service for $95 a month. Along with enhanced speeds, subscribers can access AT&T's 20,000 WiFi hot spots.
