Topic: Easyset Login Error

Customer moved to a Windows Server 2008 R2 64b.  Moved all the CTI applications over with licenses.

OS Link V3.0.0.4    OS Easyset V3.2.4.0

Have the PDF instructions from Samsung for 2008 server installation, Dataview works fine.  But bring up the easyset page
and enter extension number and password.  Get  "login error".

Any suggestions?

Double check your permissions on the easyset directory, every time i have had that error it was permissions.  Being that dataview is working fine this is the best place to start.

I just found some notes from several years ago when i had this problem-
TS (the old crew) had me set c:\inetpub\Easyset_KP directory to allow all for "Everyone". Same goes for the "c:\program files\samsung electronics\Officeserv Easyset V3".  Everything worked great from that point forward.
