We recently decommissioned an old Exchange server that we have and that was originally setup with the SVMI-20E system.  I went into the System Wide Params and changed the Host ID on the SMTP Server screen to point to the IP of the new Exchange Server.  Do I need to change anything else and/or reboot the system after saving this change?
I did not make any other changes or reboot the system and our e-mail gateway stopped working.   I changed it back and restarted the decommissioned server and now it is working again, but I really need it to work with the new Exchange server.

Thanks in advance for any insight/help here.

The Host ID field will only work with an IP address, so if you entered the FQDN you need to change the entry. You also need to change the IP address in the E-Class.

Aha!   That was close...it was actually the MClass blocks where the IP address was set for both the Standard and AutoDelete.  It is working now.  Thanks Marc!

Doh... that's right! M-Class is for the mailboxes and E-Class is for the extensions. I knew that, but it's been several years now since I've worked on a Samsung system and my memory isn't what it used to be as I get older.
