Had a IP-UMS server fail. Built another server. Cannot get the backups to restore? Only restores main greetings 1001 etc. nothing else. Tried putting the tar files into the backup folder of the ums folder but the system does not see those files. Does anyone know what I am missing here?

I've never had any problems with the IP-UMS, so I have only done a restore once when I was playing in the lab. I am friends with the guy who wrote the software for the SVMi and IP-UMS. He doesn't work for Samsung anymore, but he'd probably help you if you're willing to offer him a few bucks.
