OfficeServ 7000 KDBD and KDBS

Our sales guys have only ever sold the 7000 series with 16DLI cards, which work fine.  I'd always wondered if the digital phone and analog phone modules that worked in the Compact, 100, 500, that would allow you to add an additional phone off the back of an existing phone would work.

Found out today, we brought in an 8DLI just for me to try - we have a customer with 8 of the add on modules on a fully loaded 100.  (they burn through power supplies every 6 months or so with it being so full)  The add on modules work!  When you install the 8DLI, it shows up as a 16 port card with every other port vacant just like before...

That's interesting.  I was told by a distributor tech support they wouldn't work on the 7XXX series.  They told me this as a part of th ordering process of the KDBD and KDBS units, and I didn't pay any attention because I was installing them on a DCS-50.
