Got a customer who just called with a issue with voicemails being cut off in one mailbox ? Also she said they would like to change there general VM greeting, she said from the main greeting it says to press ** to leave a general VM and they appear on X-100. We recently had to let our NEC guy go so any help would be appreciated.
After talking to the customer again I got the real story, the cut off MSG's is not a problem any more. I also talked to our old NEC tech who said he thought that the general was transaction box 350, how to acces mailbox and change greeting???
