I followed my father's footsteps right into the telephone field with Bell Canada in 1974.

When Bell started their downsizing in the 1990s, I saw the writing on the wall and decided to go out on my own in 1996.

While primarily based in Sherbrooke, Quebec, Canada, I service Nortel equipment in the Greater Sherbrooke area with many clients in the Eastern Townships of Quebec, along with a few in Montreal.

I recently helped XBlue Networks get certified to be sold in Canada and as a result I am proud to be the 1st XBlue dealer up here.

Being brought up by Bell, I was trained towards customer service with repair service being a priority; qualities which carried over to my current business.

While being a "One Man Show" may seem small to some others, it affords my clients "Personalized Service", something lacking in today's world.

I enjoy servicing both residential and business clients for their telephone & data needs, but currently swinging more & more to just business clients.
