I installed OS link on a win 7 x64 machine a few months back and everything was running fine.  Now all of the sudden the program will not even launch, re-installed and still nothing.  I thought it was the PC but UAC and the firewall are turned off.  Any suggestions?

I would look at the system logs for windows, on what updates had run, you might try rolling back / removing system updates.  Its not an ideal option, but can be an effective troubleshooting function.
