OS Communicator

Anyone ever get this error installing communicator
"No line has been returned.  If there's a TAPI application which is running, this reconfiguration will corrupt the Telephony service.  Are you sure you wish to proceed."

I click OK, after about 2 minutes it says unable to reconfigure tapi or something along those lines.
Have reinstalled several times to no avail.
I installed this on 6 PC's at the customer and 2 gave me this error, one is 64bit and the other is 32bit.

Thanks,
Brian

Have you went into the control panel, modem, advanced, then try to configure TAPI from there.

i believe the TAPI wasn't even installing anything into the modem settings.  Some samsung docs i found said to remove the Samsung TAPI and reinstall but it wasn't there to remove.
I'll go onsite and check that again.

Solved!
It seems awesome Windows doesn't care if a user account is an administrator, installing the software from the admin acct is the only thing that worked.
