OS7400 4.53c Executive Mobex

Just installed a Samsung OS7400 4.53c with PRI and an OAS card.  We have tested Executive Mobex with the license that comes with the unit. 

Extension 224 is programmed as an Executive Mobex station. Calls can be transferred to the cell phone that is tied to Mobex Extension 224.

After answering *8 can be pressed and the caller can be transferred back to any extension in the office.

The problem is with remote access via an Executive Mobex DID. We have set up a DID that points to *8.   When an Executive Mobex user

dials that DID, we receive system dial tone. But after dialing any digit the call is disconnected.  Has anyone run into this?
