Ver 460 and Sip Trunks
« on: March 16, 2012, 06:54:25 AM »
Wanted to see if anyone here has had any issues with the new 460 software. Ran into an issue with accessline sip trunks. Problem - inbound call hits the AA then gets xferred to an extension. The call will only last between 30 and 45 seconds then the remote end drops the call. I then programmed a 7100 on my work bench and put 460 on it. Still had the same issue. I then downgraded the 7100 to 453c, and the problem disappeared. I have samsung looking into this and I just wanted to put this out here in case anyone else runs into this.

There are way more security settings in 460 now, our in-office 7100 SIP stopped working for outgoing completely (incoming still worked).  We've sent STA wireshark recordings for 453c and 460 for our SIP carrier to assist in discovering the carrier specific differences.

Samsung did find an issue with 4.60 and the SIP Carrier I was using. They released 4.60b to take care of this, but I have yet to work to in.
