Customer had their Voicemail hijacked last week, I found that someone had set mailbox o to dial 91XXX-XXX-XXXX, well i deleted that and put 0 back in where it stated Ext #. I then went to try and change the password for mailbox 9999 and when I attempted to change it by logging into 9999, entering the digit 6 to change the Administrator passcode, then 1, it says "that was an invalid selection.
