mitel sx50

my mitel sx50 is stuck on "night" how do I get it off of this?

Pressing the night key on the main console should return it to day.
Is the handset plugged in?

yes sir I have tried this and every time I hang up the phone and press the release button the "night" comes back

Possibly a bad handset cord. you could also try resetting the system.
other then that we'll have to see if one of our Mitel Mods. has something to add.
