I finally have reason (KSU max'ed out) to use my first FKDBD module.   It will go into an iDCS-18 on a DCS Compact KSU. I do not have PDF documentation on the Compact, only paper and the book is at the other office.  I believe it has to go in one of the first eight stations and not in a phone on an expansion card. I plan to place the FKDBD in station 204, making the station connected to the FKDBD 304 by default. Is this correct? Am I missing anything?

I don't know if it will work on a Compact, but you are correct... it has to go on one of the first eight stations.

Actually,
Since a Compact can have up to 10 daughterboards they don't have to be on the first 8 ports.They are capable of being on any port.
The 50 Si and the 100 were first 8 ports only.

Update;

The FKDBD module will not work on any Samsung 7XXX system. This information was passed to me by the distributor when I ordered a few more modules.
