CSM AutoReporter issue

When reports are generated, they are saved to the local account My Documents folder. They remain there. The next time the AutoReporter function is run, or if the same report is needed later in the run of reports, the reports fail because it already exists. I've been forced to create scripts to repeatedly delete reports in the My Documents folder. I've not found a setting anywhere, but surely there is a way to force AutoReporter to delete, or not save, the reports at all.
Nothing is as easy as it seems, or as difficult as you believe.
