Anyone have any experience with this? I have a TEPRIa card installed, moved the jumpers and the switches. I have a book that shows the pin out should be 4,5 7,8 but when I loop those back I get nothing. If I loop back 1,2 4,5 I get tone. When I connect to telco I get dial tone. When you make a phone call you get several seconds of silence then "out of service"
