Hi Anthony:

Welcome to the board.  I apologize for the delay in responding, but I've been out of the office on a project for a couple of weeks, and Ken has been buried.  I'll try to remember to get with you on this tomorrow.  Will the email address in your profile allow you to receive exe files?

I have changed my profile to use an email that should allow exe file attachments.  Thank you

Anthony:

I sent you a version that should do everything you want.  It's not the most user friendly version, but based on your profile you should have no problems with it.  I put it in a zip file and sent it to both addresses, so hopefully one them will allow it.

Please don't be a stranger.  We could use some of your expertise here on the board. :054:

Hi,

Would it be possible for me to get a copy of the conversion program if it is still available. You seem to be the only source for the tool.

Thanks,

Michael

Hey Michael:

I'm sorry for the slow response.  I saw your post, thought I'd get back to it when I got by the the office, and then flat forgot.

Did you get your problem resolved?  If not give me a little insight on what you're doing and we'll get you set up.  Also are you comfortable with command line?

I am going to date myself here but, I have been using the command line since there was ONLY a command line.

I need to convert my attendant recordings (press 1 for customer service, 2 for sales, etc...) for our new switch. I do not have a script for each recording and I need to re-create them on my new switch. I have already pulled the .R24 files from my old voice mail system.

If you've managed the identify and pull the .r24's then you've already won the major battles.  Check your email. :054:

Hi Jan and Justin,

I know Mac has been out of the office for a few days, so I will send him an email off line and see if he can get back to you guys tomorrow.

Hi Jan:

Welcome to the board.  When you say "files to check" what are you trying to do?  The easiest way to identify the files to be converted is via SysMon.

Hi guys!  Would it be possible for me to get the R24 -> Wav converter?  We are going from an old inter-tel axxess system to a new ShoreTel system, and I need to convert this folder full of R24 files.

Thanks!
Aaron

Hey Aaron:

Welcome to the board.  To do what you're asking, you'll need a utility that will support wildcards, and it's not very user friendly.  How are you comfortable with command line?  Also you might need to update the email address in your profile.  I'm not sure that one will allow you to receive an exe file.

Hi!  I am very familiar with CLI usage...I'll update my email address to my work address, shouldn't have an issue sending to it.

Thanks!

You're welcome Aaron.

Sorry for the delay I was out before daylight this morning, and just got back.  I just sent an email to your work address.  Let me know if it doesn't come through.  Let me know if we can help, and don't be a stranger. :054:
