New SVMI 20E
« on: April 18, 2011, 01:44:48 PM »
We just installed a new SVMI20E for a customer that we just acquired. Its a 7200 w/ 4.14 software. We got a complaint about stuttering voice mail messages. This is the first time we've had this on a SVMI20E. Has anyone else had this and if so what is the solution to fix it?

I know this is a little old, but did you get this problem resolved? If it's a newer SVMi-20E with the 1GB card, there's a bulletin about this problem and you need to contact tech support.

Yes Marc we got the 4gb card and now it works. However now if the phone system reboots all proramming and i mean all programming on the SVMI20E is lost. When it loads up we get a message that says "loaded with no blocks" or something like that.

Has this been resolved?
