extension card

good moring.... there is this problem having in hand......TEM824 panasonic system..when you insert the ext card onto the mother board the green light goes off..but when you remove the ext card the light comes back..it also seize the co line..can anybody help me out? thanks

The 1st thing that comes to mind is that the card is blown.
Have you tried a different card. Do not insert it live, power the system down 1st.
TEM824 is not a US version, where are you located?   :023:

Am located in Ghana/africa..do we have America type of panasonic?..we normly use the japan type which is TEM,TES616,824,1232 going....i know the power has to down first b4 insert the card..thank you

No, that is not a US version.
I believe it may be a UK version.
I still think you should try another card.
