Topic: Easyset not connecting to switch

I just updated my officeServ Link to V3 and Easyset. Now when i type in the URL to Easyset the web page comes up (so thats good) and i enter the extension number/password and press login i get a error saying "not connected to switch". Right now i have no firewall between the switch and the server running link and easyset. Link shows successfully connected to switch and easyset and link are shown connected. I have only one switch so that is shown as switch one on link. Any suggestions??

Is it easyset V-3?  If so under switch number does it say none?

Yes V3 and yes it does say none

Got it working. Thanks Ross. The cheat sheet was very helpful. Now if i could only figure out how to use OSC trial. i will post a new thread for that.

Sorry to drag up an old thread. I am having this exact problem with EasySet v3.2.4.1. Can someone please post the fix or let me know where I can get the cheat sheet referred to?
