One x portal

Can someone explain the benefits of the One X portal application? Where and why would it be helpful to the customer? Cool features I should know about. I am hoping to go to the advanced class in Atlanta in December, but we will see how it goes.

Being able to control your phone from your PC with call logs, DSS's, VM ect.
A lot of our customers think that it is the bst thing since sliced bread.............

Also, being able to set up a teleworker profile and work from home using your LAND line instead of cell.
Web based voicemail, being able to choose which message is listened to first, instead of first in first out......
