OS 500 v2.76a
« on: September 23, 2010, 08:10:17 PM »
I have a customer with a 500 that we just updated from 2.69 to 2.76a. They have a few pots lines on a 8trk card in the 2nd cabinet. Since the upgrade we can't get CID to work on any of the pots lines. We are getting CID on the PRI. We have a RCM2 on the SCP2 card on OP3. We are also having a problem getting easyset to work since the upgrade but that might not be related.

I had the caller ID problem too. I believe in MMC 717 the upgrade was putting a single digit in my area code causing the caller ID to not function.  I don't know about the easyset problem.

No extra digets in 717. I am going to try to move the rcm2 card to the lcp2 card since the trunk card is in the second cabinet and see what happens.

Update. We took the system back to 2.69 and the CID started to work again.
