7100 VM message notification
« on: September 17, 2010, 08:38:35 AM »
I have a customer with a 7100 and there message notification isn't working. The vm is using centrex instead of off premise. We are using centrex in some dial blocks so I can't change the rules in centrex. I have question marks in both the centrex and off premise. Any ideas?

Did you create the dial blocks?

Were are the question marks exactly? because neither of mine have them.

Log into the voicemail via telnet and watch the progress of the notification.

I removed the question marks from the centrex block and everything worked.
