Just curious what everyone uses at their offices.
We are about to implement a new ticket system OsTicket on our server locally.  Seems very powerful and was somewhat easy to customize for our company (all PHP).
Best of all its free!

We use a combination of Commit CRM and Labtechsoft.

Commit looks pretty good, how is the integration into quickbooks if you use it?

We have used Commit CRM with QB Professional and now Enterprise along with all the other bells and whistles they offer -  it works very well and we have never had a hiccup in about 2 years. I think its a great value and their support is very responsive.
