Title: Avaya IP Office

On IP Office R9.0 is there a feature ( third party software or other )that can be installed to be able on an incoming call to have the callers information appear on the computer before pickup. What version must it be to do this or can it be done. If so can it be done on a Partner version or has to be higher. Thanks

I believe so.  You need VM Pro , advanced software, and the proper licensing

Sorry for the delay.  I saw the question was answered, and never looked at it again.

The application you are referring to is Call Assistant.  It shows teh callers name and number on the display of a PC when ringing in.  It also allows for hot dialing, or hi-lighting a number and pressing hot keys to dial the hi-lighted digits.

This is part of One-X Portal, so no, it will not work on Partner mode.  It will need Essential and Preferred Licensing, and then each user that wants that feature, will need, at a minimum, Office Worker License.
