Toshiba CIX100

We have a customer with a mailbox they can't get into.  They've forgotten the passcode and voicemail to email delivery did not work.  It was a threatening voicemail and they want to access it ASAP, but our only Toshiba tech is out today.  Are there any end-user instructions on how to delete or reset the mailbox passcode for another user?

Which voicemail system do they have? CIX100 is the phone system but the voicemail system could be a Toshiba or TELECO etc.

Thanks, Tony.  I'm not certain.  It wasn't indicated in their file.  We just absorbed another small company in the area.  We share common systems except they had some Toshiba customers.  We brought on their tech to service those customers, but he was out yesterday.  Our notes on those customers are almost non-existent right now, but he was able to call in and help them out.
