I know nothing about Allworx.
Does the Auto Attendant have to be programmed via laptop/computer?
Or can it be done via the phone?

Trying to record AA prompts.
Is than done by talking into the phone or HAVE to upload a file or how?

Is this something only an Allworx tech can do or the customer can do?
Or a tech that does not know the system?

Any quick info or guidance is appreiciated.

Also,  for MOH, can that be turned on via phone or only via computer?

Well it's been about 10 years since I did one and I'm sure things have changed. They like to upgrade things regularly.

Back then It's set up via the web interface, but the recordings can either be uploaded or recorded through a phone. Check in with Mick JWRacedog he may have more recent experience than me.
