Vintage Ring Back

I was wondering if anyone knows what the frequency numbers are for the "old city ring back" from the 70s

I do not know if this is THE answer you want - but it is A answer.

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia:
In North America (excluding Mexico, Central America and parts of the Caribbean), the standard audible ringing tone (also ringback tone) is a repeated cadence of a two-second tone and four seconds of silence. The signal is composed of the frequencies 440 Hz and 480 Hz.
If CON is the opposite of PRO
then what is the opposite of Progress?
