NEC SL2100 and VM to Email
« on: March 02, 2021, 06:18:36 AM »
Anyone having any issues using MS 365 as a relay on the SL2100?  I think the new TLS 1.2 encryption is killing it.  I can put a GMail account in and it will send everytime but not the MS 365 relay.  Worked until recently and now is intermittent.

TIA

Take care and hope all is well!

Thank you,
Gary

Gary, you're on the right track.  When Stacey checks in she can tell you about the workaround they have going.  As for us, we blatantly, and hard core/zero tolerance refuse any integration with 365.  Even if we were to make it work today, it's just one MS update away from breaking again.

Thank you both!  Stacey I replied to your PM, THANK YOU!

I did find that enabling 10-12-20 (SSLV3) seems to have corrected this issue at least for now!!

Hope all is well with both of you and business is good!

Thank you,
