SL2100 CO Trunks Overflow to Inmail (Again)
« on: March 30, 2019, 12:09:06 AM »
I managed to get the unanswered CO calls to go to the Inmail system during the day but the problem is that the client wants a different announcement to play during the daytime hours than the one that plays at night and they want the unanswered CO calls to go to the voicemail box of ext. 101 as they do at night.

What is the best way to get this done? When I dive into it I think I wind up reinventing the wheel by over thinking it. :(

Let me know how you make out with Trace's notes.  Depending on how incoming calls are routed, it's handled differently, but most likely you'll just need to set up an InMail schedule.

Trace's notes were accurate to the way that I have set things up but I still need to know how to get a different greeting to play during the day.
