SV8100 SLT

Hello all,
I have inherited a SV8100 digital system with 2 PRI.  I know a little about the system.  It is a hospital that has patient buildings with DID's for the SLT's.  The way it is set up now the phones turn on at 5:30 AM and off at 10:30 PM.  They want to change that so the patients are able to use the phone 24 hrs a day.  I saw that they were in a different night mode than the employee phones.  I moved them to the same night mode group and still the same problem exists.  What am I missing?  Thanks for the help.

Check out the Toll Restriction Class based on the modes the system are in.

I originally thought that was the case but they are in the same class thru all modes.  Im confused!

I'm working off off the 9100, but I know these are very similar.
I'd also look at 14-07, Trunk Access Map Setup, and 15-06, Trunk Access Map assignments.  Look across all modes.
